    • I'm a member of more than one Community, how can I switch between those ?
    Switching between Communities is very easy.
    You just have to click on the "Jump to: " drp down menu on the top right of your Community and you can choose the location where you want to switch to.

    I've just uploaded a couple of pictures and my web space is full, what happend ?
    Be aware that you have to downsize your pictures for web use. A lot of cameras save pictures in a very high resolution often more than 1 MB per picture.
    You can downsize pictures for example with Photoshop.

    How can i get more web space ?
    Soon its going to be possible to by additional web space for a resonable price.

    How much web space does every Community have ?
    Every Community starts with a web space of 5 MB.


    How can i invite other people to a Community ?
    This is only possible for Administrators.

    Administrators have an "Invite" section in their Community where the just put in an e-mail address and an automatically generated invitation is going to be sent to the specific address.

    What is the Hall of Fame ?
    If you click on "Hall of Fame" at www.jahlzeit.com you get several statistics of all Communities hosted on JAHLZEIT.com

    You get rankings on:
    - Most Notes Post in Communities
    - Most Postes in Community Forums
    - Biggest Communities
    - Total Number of Members at JAHLZEIT.com
    - Total number of Communities hosted at JAHLZEIT.com

    What can I do in the "My Profile" Section of my Community ?
    In the "My Profile" section every Member can put in or change his personel information she or he wants to let other members see.
    Furthermore you can change your Username, Password, load up a Member Pic....

    Where can I change my Password ?
    You can change your Password in the "My Profil" section on the left side menu of your Community

    Where can I change my User Name ?
    You can change your User Name in the "My Profil" section on the left side menu of your Community.

    I have forgot my password, what should I do ?
    If you ever forget your password, you can request it be re-sent to you. Click "Forgot your Password?" at any login screen.

    I don't know how to log in to my Community
    It's easy, go to www.jahlzeit.com and you'll find "Login" on the left side of the site. There you type in the name of your Community and click "Go" and you'll be forwarded to your Community Log In window.
    If you are using the same computer and you have turned on "allow cookies" in your internet browser, the Community name will be already written in the Log In field the next time you visit the site.

    You can also look for the Community in the Communities section in the top menu of www.jahlzeit.com

    How can I becomen an Administrator ?
    There are two ways to become an Administrator:

    • Create your own personel online Community
    • Ask your Administrator to upgrade you


    What is the difference between Member and Administrator ?
    Everybody who starts a Community is automattically an Administrator.
    Administrators have basically more rights than Members. They can change the look of the Community site, Invite other people to join the Community, erase inappropriate content (members can only erase their one postings, uploads,....)
    Furthermore Administrators can upgrade Members to Administrators.

    Can I design my own Community ?
    Yes, if you have Administrator status (you areautomatically an Administrator if you start a Community) you can change the colours of your Community, you can even change font colours and load up your personel logo on top of the site and add a description of your Community
    All these things can be done in the Preferences section of your Community, which can be found on the left menue of your site (only for Administrators)


    Who can I start my own personal Online Community ?
    Just click the " Start Now" button on the main page of www.jahlzeit.com and you are only two steps away from your Community!!

    What is an Online Community ?
    Online Communities are a place in the net where people who share the same interests can meet and post messages to all community Members, start discussions, create picture gallerys and load up pictures, share files, send newsletters to all community members, post links and a lot of other usefull things.

    History:

    Jahlzeit was started 02-02-2002 by three friends from Zell am See area who found themselves scattered all over the world. In order to keep in touch and to preserve the spirit of Zell-Connection, they founded ZellConnectiOnline. It was designed to create synergies and benefits for all people involved through the continuous evolution of our network.
